Booking Appointments

​WYSE Basketball is committed to creating a culture of respect and punctuality. We ask that all players, coaches, and parents to arrive on time for practices, games, and training sessions (per our WYSE Culture Acknowledgement Agreement).
Being early is even better! If you anticipate being late, please contact your coach to let them know.

 

 

Refunds - Private Training

We require all customers to provide at least 24 hours' notice when canceling or rebooking an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged for the full session using the payment method provided at booking. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes after their appointment start time will be considered a no-show.

We will provide a one-time cancellation fee waiver for extenuating circumstances. Alternatively, we will offer one free appointment upon rescheduling. The free session will need to be scheduled within 7 days of the cancellation.

 

Should we need to reschedule with less than 24-hours’ notice, clients will not be charged any fees and will receive priority rebooking or a full refund if desired.”

 

Subscription Refund Policy – Credit Only

  • Subscriptions are non-refundable, except as otherwise required by law.

  • As a courtesy, credit may be applied to your WYSE account if requested within 30 days of billing, at our discretion. Credits can be used for future services but have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not eligible for cash refund.

  • Cancellation of subscriptions can be made at any time by emailing wysefrontdesk@gmail.com or through your online account.

  • WYSE Basketball will send a reminder notice at least 15 days before renewal for annual subscriptions.

  • Full terms for cancellation and billing are available before you complete your purchase.
