Welcome to THE DEN — where the future of High School athletics begins.

THE DEN is more than a basketball program. It’s a movement built to develop the next generation of Timberwolves — on and off the court. From middle school through high school, we provide young athletes with the skills, discipline, and character needed to succeed at the next level.

“Defend the DEN” isn’t just a motto — it’s our mindset. Every practice, drill, and team huddle reflects the pride and tradition of Northwood. We focus on:

• Building strong basketball fundamentals

• Understanding Concepts 

• Developing confidence and leadership

• Promoting teamwork and accountability

• Encouraging academic excellence

• Preparing athletes for high school competition — and for life

Practices & Scrimmages

• Twice weekly practices (M–F, days/times TBD)

• High-level training designed to prepare athletes for competitive high school play

• Free scrimmages within the program and against other elite programs

• No additional charge for scrimmages.

9th–12th Grade (Frosh / JV / Varsity)

Our high school program is built on a culture of excellence led by dedicated coaches, committed parents, and driven athletes. We are committed to developing complete student-athletes and creating success both on and off the court.

Tournaments & Shootouts

We participate in competitive tournaments to provide valuable in-game experience. Facing higher-level competition accelerates development and prepares athletes for varsity-level performance.

Tournaments are billed separately.

Membership Fees

Monthly Fee: $250

 

As a nonprofit organization, we receive sponsorships and donations to help offset costs for families. Membership includes:

• Uniforms

• Gym fees

• Athlete insurance

 

Tournament Fees: $30–$60 per event
(Charged separately to ensure families are not billed for events an athlete cannot attend.)
